- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Cancelled fittings - (twice). Avoid. Carpets ordered online and a fitting date provided - only nobody at the store had noticed the order had been placed. So after a telephone call to prompt the store, we agreed on a new fitting date (actually two days). Come the first fitting day, a call to say that the fitter has been held up and cant come. And the same on the second day. If you experience similar problems its worth knowing that you can have compensation at just under £40 per day of missed fittings, but if you opt to cancel the order and seek full refund you get nothing.By Admin, November 04, 2018
