- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Whilst sat in the Chippenham Depot waiting for 10 minutes I was witness to them saying a previously undamaged drive shaft was now damaged to a customer on the phone , another was getting a quote and they were tutting and huffing like a plumber before giving a extortionate price , then a young lad came in and they told him is insurance would be null and void if he put winter tyre speed ratings on his type R, and then they tried to tell me I had the wrong tyres on my car because the back was wider than the front before they told me my puncture wasnt repairable and tried to sell me a set of rears. I went to bathwick who did the same check and managed to repair them with no issues. The manager there is clearly trying to generate additional money for a dying branch at the expense of his customers pockets.By Admin, December 10, 2020
